Leadership often depends on how we choose to see. Do we see only the butterfly’s fragility, or do we notice its beauty and strength in flight? Do we see a flower as rooted and still, or as a source of sustenance and growth?
The lens we use changes the story. Leaders who look beyond the surface discover resilience where others see weakness, and possibility where others see limitation. Perspective transforms challenges into opportunities and ordinary moments into extraordinary lessons.
